Mmmmm-molasses, the darker the better. I love the blackstrap molasses (I use it as an ice cream topper-yummy) and dark brown sugar only. They have to be chewy, or they're not worth eating. Second would probably be a wonderful shortbread-best I've had is Walker's, (yippee Costco at Christmas)so buttery. Oh-or toffee bars. Should I stop now?

Aw nuts, I forgot the shortbread! And the Girl Scout cookies! Have you seen those mint fudge oreos in the stores? They taste EXACTLY like Thin Mints, and you can get them year round!

Snickerdoodles was my first thought when I read the title then I remembered der Pfernuse! A wonderful light german nut cookie ball rolled in powdered sugar......oh now I want some. ;-)
