I found the Mission Net Zero street size tomato and basil tortillas. Here is what I had for lunch

Heated two tomato basil in hot skillet with a little olive oil. Remove.
Put a few leaves of cabbage in a skillet with a little chicken broth, salt, cover and steamed until almost tender. You want a slight crunch.

Put in a cheddar cheese stick on top to let melt covered. Put cabbage and cheese on top of one shell, added salsa and fold like a taco, fold the other shell around it like a taco to hold it all. The second tortilla is to keep the wrap from falling apart. It was so good. The cheese and cabbage do something when together. Makes a new flavor.

I like Mission's Carb Balance tortillas, they help my diabetic husband control his carb intake. I've not seen the Zero Net Carb torts, I'll have to look for them. Thanks Onebyone!

Edit - Onebyone, how much do you usually pay for them? I found them on Amazon, 56 of them for $24.00 (4 packs of 14 tortillas), which works out to about 43 cents per tort. Is that a decent price?

At the grocery store here they are $3.49 for a package of 14.
