Zero net carb soft tortillas.
This product is helping me lose the extra pounds I gained over the last year.
https://www.missionfoods.com/product...llas-original/ I cut then up into strips and put in hot chicken broth with vegetables and chicken. Chicken noodle soup. I use them instead of bread for sandwiches and toast. And of course for taco and wraps. I spray with olive oil spray sprinkle salt put in air fryer to make tortilla chips. I put in skillet with a little oil and let puff up for mini pizza crusts. Every carb not eaten is a victory. I buy them at Kroger. I'm stocking the freezer with them because they seem to be very hard to find. |
I love Mission tortillas! They have the best gluten free tortillas of anyone!

I believe Walmart sells mission tortillas; however, I don't know about the low carb ones.

HEB is a Texas store. The one I frequent has a machine for making fresh tortillas! They have a keto tortilla that is amazing, but they spoil quickly. I have found that almond flour makes baked goods soggy after a day if I place them in airtight containers, so I loosely cover with plastic wrap instead. I think the low carb tortillas use almond flour.

These are not gluten free. Ingredients list Wheat flour starch and vital wheat glutens. No alternative flours. Taste like a regular flour tortilla. High fiber is the key to being no net carbs.

I live in Canada and when my husband would go to the US for work during Covid, I would have him pick me up 10 packs at a time and put them in the freezer!!!

I have seen Mission brand in every grocery store I've been to in my area of AR. Even Dollar General sells them. I didn't know there was another brand.
I use the net zero street size for bread. I heat in skillet to make it like toast and not so floppy. I found the net zero tomato and basil ones too at a small grocery store in town. |
Mission does have Gluten Free tortillas, they have a bright green banner across the front of the package. I buy them at Walmart, they taste really good and puff up nice when I brown them in the pan.
