Thanks for the DE recipes...
I am the one that always takes that dish along with others to family gatherings.

I have used horseradish in mine as well instead of mustard. It gives it a bit of "ZIP" My oldest GD who is 8 just loves them.

Here is another variation:

To the yolks add:
half Miracle whip and half Thousand Island dressing to consistency you like.
add:
celery seed, onion powder, garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste while still warm.
