I make these all the time and we really love them:

1 lb ground beef
l/2 large onion - chopped
1 small can green chilis
Salsa from a jar - mild, medium or hot whichever you like
Shredded cheese - I use combo of cheddar and colby
Sour Cream
Burrito size tortillas

Brown the ground beef and onion, pour off any accumulated fat. Then add the green chilis, as much salsa as needed to make like thick mixture. Simmer together for a few minutes.
Heat burritos in wet paper towel in the microwave for about 15 seconds.
Fill burrito with the meat mixture, shredded cheese and the sour cream. Roll up and enjoy. They can be messy but are really good and fast to.

These sound really tasty. My only change might be substituting half sausage for half of the hamburger for more flavor.

Good idea - will have to try this myself. Also, you can put guacamole in them to if you want.
