I am glad you enjoyed the Red Beans and Rice! :D The Saints won another one this weekend and now they are 10-0 along with the Colts, so it looks like we will be eating them tomorrow to celebrate the win!!

I hope they keep winning because I love this dish!!!!

Well the Saints are playing New England and I hope they win but it doesn't look good for them. If they pull it off then I will be eating them again tomorrow.

I am glad everyone is enjoying them!!!

Fixed Red Beans and rice for supper tonight. It was so good.
Also served hot crusty corn bread and iced tea. A real Southern
meal.
I did not have liquid smoke on hand, so I used about 1/8 teaspoon vineager, give it a little kick in flavor.
