    Default Seafood Appetizer

Not big football fans (anymore) but we’ll have some snacks around this weekend.

14 oz imitation crab, cut or flake in small pieces
    1/2 cup real mayo
diced celery - about 1/2 to 1 cup
1/2 tsp. old Bay seasoning *
    1/2 tsp. Dill
    Salt & pepper
combine all in bowl & chill. Serve with Ritz crackers.
(*. Combination of celery salt & paprika can be substituted for Old Bay)

We love this. and make it often as a dip when we have family over. Also, by adding onion, peas, slivered almonds and some small shell pasta, it makes a nice seafood salad.

    Yum!

We make a similar recipe and use cooked lobster plus some fresh lemon juice. I'm ready for football!
