http://www.salisburypost.com/Lifesty...onal-sides-qcd Found this searching for a new ripe tomatoe recipe. It's what's for dinner tonight, the bruesheta(sp?) and the zucchinni casserole.Looks good, hope it is, my poor family, they're my guinea pigs Enjoy!

CarrieAnne, the bruschetta was delicious, I substituted steamed buttered carrots instead of zuchinni casserole, and had grilled ground round steaks also.Everyone gave it :thumbup: :thumbup: . We are having a meal after church Sun. so will take the zuchinni casserole & the Bruschetta Salad.
