Look for a recipe using
cream cheese instead of butter or shortening. I just made for fun 2 weeks ago, and OMG they stayed soft for 5days till my son stole them. I made this with choc chips and pecans. I used 8oz of cream cheese softened instead of butter. Give it a try.

Anything with oil will stay soft. The cak emix cookies are very good. Quick and easy too.

Oh please ... yes I would be interested in that recipe too.
Would you please share it here?
That way everyone can benefit and will mean you only have to do it once.

THANKS!
