fist put a layer of inexpensive pork i usualy use either boneless pork steak or boneless pork chops
than a layer of thinly sliced potatoes
than a layer of thinly sliced onions
now for the finishing parts a layer of sourkraut it can be german sourkraut but that does make it a little on the sweet side
thani add a can of cream of mushroom soup i add just enough milk so i can pour it on top
cover and bake at 350 for two to two and a half hours can be cooked in a crock pot
even friends that dont like saurkraut will like this it is the most requested hot dish i make and so simple

sounds good, and I don't like sourkruat.
