This is a real good recipe.

1-2 #s of boneless pork ( I use pork sisrloin strips) cut up
into cubes.
1 onion diced
garlic( chopped) optional
1 packet taco seasoning
2 cans diced tomatoes

It sounds really good. Easy and Fast! My kind of food. After all we have to save time for quilting! :)
