I love tilapia,but am a weight watcher so avoid crusts
I bake the fish with some marinade or Hoison sauce for 20 min or so. Not many point.

I put the frozen fish on the George Forman grill and after it thaws a bit I put season salt on it and let it finish cooking. Very quick if you're in a hurry for supper.
