Any ideas on what to make with pulled pork sandwiches? Having some people over for a fall event and the pulled pork recipe on this board is awesome! Thanks in advance!

I usually serve baked beans and corn on the cob. Applesauce is good with it also as is coleslaw.

I like baked beans, potato salad or roasted potatoes. Once I did roasted sweet potatoes. They were really good.

cole slaw acts as a condiment meant to be served on top of the sandwich, also might want to include some vinegar based finishing sauces which are imperative in some parts of the country.

Heat some corn tortillas in a pan, heat pulled pork in another pan and add some cumin and other "latin" type spices, put pork in the heated tortilla, squeeze lime on it and chow down!!

Have to go with the person that said mac and cheese. My brother and sister-in-law are having a fall party and serving pulled pork. They came over the other night to specifically request that I bring my homemade mac and cheese. It's a family favorite. Have a great time!!!

Pulled pork can make the most delicious enchiladas and is simple to make. Wasn't sure if you were wanting sides to serve with the pork sandwiches or wanted another use for leftovers.

We fixed some pulled pork this week and we had potato salad and baked beens. It made enough pulled pork that we had some the next day for lunch and froze the rest for another day. I love pulled pork with potato chips too.
