(I hate to be the one to drag anyone down.....but here goes) I've had a migraine headache and a stiff neck for 2 days now, I've taken my prescription meds for them, and some muscle relaxers (also prescription, because I have muscle spasms in my back). My chiropractor was out of the office today, so I've been just taking it easy trying to get rid of the headache. My DH is going to send me to bed pretty soon for the night. With the thunderstorms moving into our area, tomorrow ain't lookin' too good either!
