today is a beautiful day here in the Hudson valley. So, going for a walk with my doxie, visiting mom and dad but, before I leave I have chicken cacciatore in the crock pot.....What's in your crock pot today? Recipe below just is case you want to make it too.

Last week I made a chuck roast with potatoes & carrots.
Next week I'm making chicken breasts with string beans & dumplings.

Nothing today. We are just snackin' today!

But, you are right, it is a beautiful spring day... sunny, breezy, sweet lilacs in the air.

Nothing in the crock pot but I made homemade burritos that were to die for. Hubby really raved about them.

Beautiful day here too....I did my housework early....the builders just putting the final touches to our replacement patio (large tree fell on that side of the house a couple of months ago)....took the dogs for a long walk. Sweet and sour pork for us tonight (from scratch, all fresh ingredients.
