Nothing today. We are just snackin' today!

But, you are right, it is a beautiful spring day... sunny, breezy, sweet lilacs in the air.

    Ravioli Casserole

1 to 1 pounds ground beef
    1 medium onion chopped
1 clove garlic minced OR 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    16 oz. can tomato sauce
14-16 oz. can stewed or diced tomatoes (optional - can substitute sauce)
1 to 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. crushed oregano
    tsp. crushed basil
    salt & pepper to taste
    pkg. chopped frozen spinach
    cup parmesan cheese
    1 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
16 oz. box bow tie pasta

Brown beef, onion and garlic. Drain fat.
Place in crockpot. Add tomatoes and sauce, Italian seasoning, oregano, basil, salt & pepper, spinach, and cup of parmesan cheese.

Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours or on low 7-8 hours. Cook your pasta during the last 30 minutes of cooking. Drain pasta. Add mozzarella and cup parmesan. When cheese is about melted add pasta. Stir well and serve.

daisylil, Liver and Onions is one of my favorite foods but I never made it in the Crock Pot. Could you pass along your recipes or instructions? It will be a good dinner for me when I get it. Thanks

I copied the Chicken Cacciatora and Ravioli Casserole. I plan to try them in the near future. They both sound wonderful.
