Crunchy Chicken

4 (3 ounce) chicken breasts (skinless, boneless)
3 cups corn flakes (crushed)
1 teaspoon sage
2 tablespoons skim milk

Mix crushed corn flake crumbs, with sage. Dip chicken in milk and press into crumbs, coating evenly. Place in baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 50-50 minutes.
