Crescendo is an AWESOME machine. I traded mine for the Unity to add embroidery too, but LOVED the Crescendo. Go for it! You won't be sorry.

My mid-arm hates the poly threads. It runs beautifully on King Tut. Could be an issue on what her machine works well on. And I don't see a problem either way.

when I went to Lancaster they had so many booths with fabric I just couldn't say "no" to. The Eleanor Burns booth was awesome - didn't have it in Oaks. I left with two 5-yard packs.

I went through several needle changes and turns out it was a bur on the bobbin case. does yours have a "spare"? My baby lock came with one, and that solved it.
