    if you go to the print shops, they can and will save the boxes (with lids!) for you.
    Also, I go to payless shoe store, they have some great sizes, the bigger boot sizes, they will give them to you....

    its not a block per say, its an embroidery design, but if that doesnt work, you can always hand embroider the different sayings, just cut the blocks to what ever size you want and hand embrodier them.
