I think $125 is reasonable but picked all my 401s and 403s up for around $60 each 2 years ago. Not sure I would pay $160.
The cabinets and machines are pretty easy to come by and the accessories...

I believe it is 9 degrees when you take off the seam allowances therefore 360/9 = 40 wedges but there will be a big hole in the middle as Rff1010 said and the finished "40 gon" will be 43 inches!

Domestic machines are a little more fussy than longarms I believe.

You can successfully use the original wheel to treadle. In fact I find it a little smoother than using a spoked wheel. It is only to hand crank that the big heavy hand wheel is necessary.
