I bought 3yds of 118" wide muslin, thinking it would be easier to pre-wash, press, fold and cut than 10-12yds 44" muslin. Boy was I wrong. My 6" strips are a little wonky in places, no more than 1/8"...

LOL I know EXACTLY how. Not to worry! I am cutting 6" blocks and laying a 5" paper window over it. This will also be set up to get the guest to sign the block in an "on point" orientation.
