I agree, I do find after putting the Command sticky things on that if when I am thru for the day if I take the stress off by winding the stretch wire thingy on the top of the machine. It rests there...

I too would like to know about the tab, the sticky to hold it on my sewing machine did not hold and used every one of the tiny sticky squares still after 2 days slid off of the top or side tried both...

That is the light that I have. Tomorrow I will go to one of the few stores in my tiny town and try a command product to hold it on the sewing machine...

Makes sense to me. Is sure affordable, I can afford to baste the charity q, crib,lap sizes that I do for old soldiers and kids in need.

I use "gasp" I know, Aqua Net hairspray. Works...
I use "gasp" I know, Aqua Net hairspray. Works very well for me has the same ingredients in it as the basting sprays and,is cheaper and the fact that I live in a very tiny mtn town I cannot get...
