Sometimes when winding a bobbin, it will warp....
Sometimes when winding a bobbin, it will warp. Especially with aluminium bobbins. Slowing down the winding speed helps.

My sister and I go every year. It's a great show, good classes, lots of vendors, and many, many beautiful quilts on display. Just up the road a bit is Quilts, Etc., an amazing quilt shop.

I made one using the Marti Michel pineapple...
I made one using the Marti Michel pineapple template. I really liked that I could stack up strips of fabric and cut several pieces at once. Went together easily.
