I like the Triangles on a Roll. Thin paper, easy to tear, and easy to use. On any paper, though, be sure to shorten your stitch length to help the paper tear easier.

The width of fabric is 40-42". Using 40", two strips would give you 80". That's enough for the 68", but not for the 93"....
