Ostomy Bag Cover Pattern

Looking for a pattern to make a cover for ostomy bags. The part I'm struggling with is how to make a round hole on the back side, how to cut the hole and sew a seam around a round hole.

my only thought is switch bottom left with the one above it, but I agree that she should just do the layout. Only other thought is could you do blue corners instead of red on that bottom left one?

the fabrics were all from Hancock Fabrics, except, as I said the green from Jo-Ann, the binding from Jo-Ann, and I have to admit, the back is a 600 count black sheet from KMart clearance rack!
