    I love hand quilting; I'm just too slow. So I usually pay someone else to quilt my tops (machine or by hand) unless it's a baby quilt or throw.

    Nine-patch is one of my favorites and really showcases the fabrics because the pattern is so simple. Also, Yellow Brick Road is a very quick and simple pattern - very few matching seams.

    Thanks! I've done one "crazy quilt" style, but since the colors of the shirts were more similar, I liked the way the pattern worked with this one.
