    I have found the following recipe for starching...

    I have found the following recipe for starching fabric and it works great.

    1 Cup StaFlo Starch
    1 Cup Water
    1 Cup Febreeze
    Mix well and put in spray bottle.

    I just finished 8 table toppers and I stippled both the panel and borders. I have had better success in using this method and they do lie flatter.
