Loosening or adjusting the needle bar will correct the timing? In the past I’ve always had to correct timing issues in the bobbin compartment. I’ll give it a shot. Thank you.

It might not be the hand wheel, could be the needle bar is locked up, but either way you would have to dismantle to know which one it is. Either way it’s an easy fix
