    It is called the block marker tool. I bought mine from Nancy's notions. And you are right it does have a hefty price. I paid 49.99. I haven't used it that much at all.

    Grip strips is the only thing I use now. I had tried everything else and nothing ever seemed to work. They are great I use them on all my rulers, wouldn't be without them
