They are wonderful! They have many tutorials on their website also. I order everything there for my FW's and 301's. They also have a Facebook group where they and other people are very helpful.

I have Jean Brown's 14" hoop and really like it. It's sturdy and I can sit in the recliner and quilt. I don't use her technique, though, but Roxanne McElroy's.
