A. After the terrorist attack in Christchurch New Zealand. many people donated heart blocks to be made into quilts. I believe that red is not a good colour for Muslim families. Green is good.

I had this happen on a dark quilt , but I found that I had put the batting upside down . There is a difference in the look and feel of the batting. Did seem to happen when it is used the other way

Sometimes the batting has been put in upside down . there are two distinct sides to it, one side smoother than the other, and it seems to me that if the wrong side is up then it keeps coming...

I have just finished this quilt and have had no problems with it, My pattern is dated 2013 . Maybe it is my cavalier sewing that made it all fit together easily .lol. It is a beautiful quilt.
