Not too difficult, you just have to have enough space to lay it out and to work on it. Just pencil in the vines and then iron them down.

Don't worry when it says to quilt the sections, it can be as easy or as busy as you like. Also, it is easier to sew with a walking foot because at times you are sewing through 2 layers of material...
