I sometimes get some bow to my strips with the JT...

I sometimes get some bow to my strips with the JT Shape Cut, and sometimes the cutter doesn't cut clear through in spots. I have a new olfa mat and new olfa blades. What am I doing wrong?

It's recommended in the manual to use Organ HLX5...

It's recommended in the manual to use Organ HLX5 needles. That's what I've always used and haven't had any problems.
