I found foundation paper on Amazon, 500 sheets...

I found foundation paper on Amazon, 500 sheets for $15. Works great. Can use a smaller needle and no trouble tearing off the paper.

I leave the feed dogs up, use 0 stitch length, and use a super slider on the throat plate. It works well for FMQ for me.
