    I think what you have is a Thanksgiving Cactus. The Christmas Cactus has a leaf that is more crab claw shape. The pals are very much alike.

    So keep all grains going in the same direction. I hope that makes sense.

    I bought one but the stand in which it rests did not work well so I stuck it in a glass. It heated up so much that the plastic around the rod melted. It may be fine with an alternate stand.
