I sent two large quilts to the Missouri Star...
I sent two large quilts to the Missouri Star Quilt Co. They did a good job and the prices seemed reasonable. I'd use them again. I don't think they do custom work, though.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think some fabric manufacturers make different quality fabrics depending on which store will sell them, i.e., Walmart, Joann's, LQS.

I guess I should have been alerted when the kit came with black fabric that wasn't batik like the other fabrics and wasn't the desired 45 inches wide, but 42. The directions call for 45 inch fabric....
