Thank you. That is the one I tried that looked too heavy. Maybe I need a lighter weight thread than I was using.

Jane Quilter: I had to Google wing needle and heirloom stitch. I never knew!!! My manual gives I fo for some of the specialty stitches but not all.

Machine for Blanket Stitch

I would like a machine that I could use for blanket stitch around applique. I have a Janome (love it!) Nut the small blanket stitch goes backwards, forward, up then down-like the stitches are...
