    Top = under braider,

    Center = gathering foot,

    Bottom = edge stitcher foot.

    These feet and attachments are not unique to the FW's, they'll work with many different machines.

    maviskw,
    Chances are your redeye 66 came with a spoked hand wheel, it was probably a treadle. Then later converted to an electric machine.

    Christy,
    I have a couple Chinese spoked hand wheels...

    CD,
    First and only one I've seen in person too. "I think" I've seen one other in a photo, but I'm not sure. It's a wonder what they could do with cast iron isn't it. If they tried to make...

    I have one machine with a HC on it. A Singer 99K. I named him Rusty. It works quite well. The machine is heavy enough that it stays put as you use both hands to sew with.

    Jon,

    I'll bet one could build a collection around retro-fit motors and mounting brackets if one wanted to.

    The neat part about this motor bracket is that it's not attached to the machine...

    Minnesota B Motor ID

    I learned something new today.

    My Minnesota B was made somewhere between 1904 and 1909. Probably left the Davis factory as a treadle and was sold by Sears.
    Somewhere in it's long life it was...

    greywuuf,

    It is a White made machine, looks like a Kenmore 117-812 or similar. They are excellent machines. They use the White rotary style bobbins, still being made. 15x1 needles also. ...

    Ken,

    The knob unscrews from the shaft. What I'd do before taking it apart is to remove the winder from the machine and soak it in a solvent. Turn it, push it in and out and make sure there...

    Dresi,

    Well, I don't know who made it. It's got that 80s to 90s look about it so similar to Kenmores, Montgomery Wards, and even Singers of that period.

    The spring has popped out of it's proper place. It should work to hold the bobbin winder with the top off or on.
