It's nice to know there are other woman that are going through the same things. Isn't it. Mine was a combination of surgery stress , I use to have such thick hair, hairdressers would cringe when they saw me coming. Most of my hair loss is on top . No mustache really but the chin hair. ACK!! But I do have to shave everything else less. lol
One thing I didn't see any one mention was Kelp. It helped mine come back a bit. And my nails are crazy long. I have to keep cutting them. I normally don't recommend a specific brand but in this case for some reason I have found Natures Sunshine kelp works better than others on the market. I need to get some more. I have a friend who trades me herbs for sewing so I am good to go there. :-)
