I am with you. I have been in this mode for the last 10 years and on disabiolity now so have no choice but to be slow at everything I do. I still want to do all the sewing etc. but I cannot do AS MUCH AS i ONCE DID
Also on disability (possibly due to my spelling), but about the only thing I can do longer than an hour and a half is hand work. That's cuz I can stop and work my hands. Use a glove over KT tape (for tennis players and racquetball). Good for arthritis in wrist. I use it cuz recovering from having my wrist broken all the way and am still in OT.
