Mixed the pie crust on Sat. and cooked the pumpkin pie for Sun. dinner. It was so good, we finished 1/2 the pie, it's a deep dish pie used 3 1/2 cups of pumpkin.

I like the slight taste of sugar in each bite that makes this crust so different and I love the stretchiness of the dough!! And then I do love thick pie crust too! I'm so glad you tried my recipe and it sure turned out wonderful!!!
