I agree too. Satin walks on you when you are trying to cut it and even sewing is a problem. I had to make 3 brides-maid dresses out of purple satin and boy did I have trouble. If you really have to --iron a thin interfacing on to the back before cutting out. Do it in sections--or better still give it to some one else if you aren't making scrappy quilts.
