If I want to make a quilt for someone I do. If they don't appreciate it I just wont make them another one. Plus you never know who will and wont appreciate them. I wasn't going to make my brother and his wife one because I was sure they would let the dogs sleep on it, but the quilt I made for my nephew, as a graduation gift, they held onto it when he moved out so he wouldn't wreck it because it was special "he would want it someday". I never thought they would care. So who knows?
