Scraps are never too small. I use the teeny ones for fabric postcards, small appliques, crumb blocks, and trashcan fabric, which is where you rescue the dinky pieces from your trash and iron them to wonder under or some kind of iron on fabric and then stitch them down and embellish with ribbons, laces, buttons, etc. You pay for it all, use as much as you can.
