Have you tried Truvia???? It comes in packets or a little jar. I use it all the time - I haven't tasted sugar since December. This is totally healthy for you. Natural! One packet =2tsp sugar and no calories. I have that on my cereal (hot) no milk! Don't need it. I throw in some dried craisins - delicious! Edie
