For crowds and plan ahead I make chicken spaghetti, salad and we serve olive bread.
For Easter I will serve ham, green beans & new potatoes, macaroni & cheese, corn, hot rolls, banana cream pie, peach tea with peach slices floating.
I like to fix a favorite for each person. There will be 9 of us.
I should have planned left overs so not too costly. When I have 20-40 I do the meat, rolls, & beverage the rest is pot luck.
