Wow! Sounds like your dealer is not very good! I don't know much about all of this stuff, but I did find this FAQ online about the Megaquilter and the Quilter's Cruise Control. Maybe there's some information in there that will help. Do you have the Inspira frame?

You might want to join the homequiltingsystems group at
http://groups.yahoo.com and ask there about the problem you are having with your setup. (Be sure to do a search first to see if this has come up before on the list. They want people to do that and to check their "files" section on the website before posting.) Chances are someone there can help you.
