RHUBARB CRUNCH
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup flour
1 cup quick oatmeal

pat down.
spread 4 cups rhubarb over crumbly mix in the pan
THE FILLING
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons corn starch
1 teaspoon vanilla
cook till starts to thicken
pour over rhubarb
sprinkle remaining topping over all
BAKE
350 degrees for 1 hour (less in a glass pan)
judith ann I have been making this recipe for almost as long and my family loves it also, just made some this morning as my kids & grandkids will all be here for bbq later today Yah
