My Mom told me about the soap in the sheets a couple years ago....I told her she was nuts!....until one night I was in such agony I was in tears. I got up in the middle of the night and got a bar of my husbands Dial...put it in the sheets at the foot of the bed and it has been there ever since! LOL ....I had to put my tail between my legs and tell Mom she wasn't nuts....LOL! I do get a new bar every couple months because it does dry out a bit. I even take a bar with me when I go on vacation. It is supposed to work for those who have back pain too....just put it up by your back on the side of the matress. Can't explain it and maybe it's just mind over matter but darn it...It Works!!
