This is good advice for everyone. My uncle is a doctor and says the same thing. I myself take charge of his care. When he needs something I get it, when I have a question I ask, and if it is not done or not done right I let them know.
Most of the staff has been great except for a horrible day nurse in the E.R. I just stayed on top of her. I bet she was glad to see us leave and go upstairs. lol
