Find a good pain specialist. I have arthritis in all of my joints too. I had six surgeries in four years. Now I have lots of creams, patches, and pills to treat my pain. It takes some learning. I kept a journal and learned to treat my pain. Not everything works for every body part. Some work better than others and at different times of the day. My quality of life has improved significantly.
